It’s so simple but it works - at the end of the year I open up the above jar filled with streams of paper. On them I have written all the ‘synchronicity successes’ and the people, places, things and stories of this galaxy that fill me with profound gratitude.
It’s a simple but magical micro step reminder to celebrate the often needed emotional labour and singular focus that manifestation outside of the ‘norm’ requires.
To realise and manifest a healthy desire and to work consistently using various techniques to release/observe any old beliefs and trapped emotions that stand in its way of becoming.
To create from the zero point field of possibility and then watch in wonder as the ‘impossible’ occurs. And to trust in the divine plan that something even better is on its way if it doesn’t.
This fills me with so much gratitude and my dream jar of this is a magical tally ✨
Why is gratitude so important?
As the wise Nina Simone song ‘Ain't Got No/I Got Life’ shows us gratitude is a radically simple practice that can be used under duress and it shifts our frequency instantly. We see the miracles inherent in life and I believe that opens us to more.
Frequency/emotional coherence is everything. As David Hawkins details in ‘Power Versus Force’ better feeling emotions can build healthy power within an individual.
‘Power creates life and energy where force sucks it away.’
Gratitude practices empower us to realise we can choose our thoughts and what we wish to focus on.
We can see the rainbow behind the cloud and even imagine it on its way.
So go ahead and find an old jar and cut streams of paper out ready to be filled with your dreams, manifestations (of all kinds - I manifested a window seat in advance in a super popular cafe the other day!) and a formidable collection of metaphysical teaching moments of profound gratitude for the year ahead.
Enjoy!
